All sales are final, and refunds are not provided. Returns are only accepted if the item is incorrect or damaged. Claims must be made within 2 days of delivery with proof (photos or videos). If verified, a replacement will be arranged.

Please note that all times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
