At Globex, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of our business, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy except in cases where the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We understand that issues may arise, and we are here to assist. Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is not as described (e.g., incorrect size, model, or variant).
  • The item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or handling.
  • Requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order with clear proof, such as high-quality photos or videos showing the issue.

Conditions for Returns & Replacements

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included.
  • If a product is damaged due to mishandling or improper use, we cannot accept the return.
  • Any return shipping costs will be covered by Globex if the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Replacement Process

If your return request is approved, we will:

  1. Review the provided proof and verify the issue.
  2. Arrange a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
  3. In case of stock unavailability, we will offer store credit for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Personal care items, perishable goods, or hygiene-related products.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team.
